I adore this man's style.. Can anyone please convince him to do my picture in crayons!
They call him the "Renaissance Man"because he's an ophthalmologist, a painter, a violonist and a Baritone singer! Some people don't like his style, they say it's too real, the paintings are exactly like photos.. well, it's a matter of taste, who likes what is totally arbitrary..
I love how he paints eyes.. no wonder, he's an eye doctor!
Spirit of Egypt 2, featuring scenes ans faces from Egypt is held on the ground floor, on the first floor is an exhibition of mutual portraits of the artist by other artists entitled "Me by Another", it's very interesting how you can see the same face by many artists, you can notice their different styles and you can actually see them through Farid's paintings which are so real, they would come to life!

I was there last Thrusday.
Actually I went there by mere luck...
I was just passing by the hall as I noticed the paintings from outside & so entered to take a look.
Tell u the truth, It was my first time to even hear of that artist but I really enjoyed it.
I was quite astonished by the way he draw The Eyes... It just seems too real!!
I also enjoyed the Me By Others part soo much. It truely refectls their feelings towards him

Actually i like his paints , it may be so real but it is not a defect in contrary it is a difficult thing and i think he is an expert at least from the two paints that you publish.
